The first 5hrs of the pre-recorded show will be first be broadcast on Friday 24th March 2023 followed by the last 4hr on Sunday 26th March 2023. This show will then be broadcast live here and through the onlineradiobox website a week or two later, before finally going on the playback area of this station where you can listen back up to 5 months.
