The National Co-operative Credit Union (NCCU) invites applications for the position of *Legal Officer*, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. ### Key Duties - Provide legal advice to the CEO, Board, Committees, and Management. - Manage loan security, debt collection, and legal documentation. - Represent NCCU in court and oversee the Legal Department. - Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies. ### Qualifications & Experience - LLB Degree & Legal Education Certificate (L.E.C.) or equivalent. - Attorney-at-Law with at least 3 yearsβ experience in conveyancing/drafting. - Minimum 8 years in Senior Management at a Financial Institution. ### Skills & Attributes - Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Excellent research, organizational, and time-management abilities. - Knowledge of the Credit Union Movement is an asset. ### Apply By π
