📌 Position Overview Role: Branch Manager – South-East Branch Reports to: Chief Operations Officer (COO) Scope: Oversee Castle Bruce Branch and sub-branches (La Plaine, St. David’s, Grand Fond). Focus: Leadership, compliance, member service, and branch growth. 🛠 Responsibilities Manage financial operations, accounting, and reporting. Lead and motivate staff to achieve strategic goals. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Strengthen member relationships and deliver tailored financial solutions. Drive growth in membership, loans, and deposits. Collaborate with departments for seamless service delivery. Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions. Streamline processes for efficiency. 🎓 Qualifications Education: MBA or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. Experience: 8+ years in senior management within a financial institution. Credit Union knowledge/experience is an asset. Proficiency in financial software and spreadsheets. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. 💡 Skills & Attributes Excellent communication (oral and written). Proven leadership and teamwork abilities. Solid financial acumen. Experience in planning and executing programs. Ability to prepare reports and proposals.
