I really was like, what do I want to hear? ... and that's what I created!

Yay! A special LIVE edition of TNR with our dear IRL friend, the incredibly talented and insightful, Mariana Bell.

Mariana just put out her latest album, Give It A GO! (released August 16), and it's a complete pivot from her previous sound from the last couple of decades.

She talks about her process in creating it and how she really embraced the art of letting go and surrendering while making it. She mentioned how this album is exactly what she needs in her own life: through the chaos of the moment, sometimes we just need a dance party! A(WO)man!
