Weather warnings have been issued in advance of the arrival of Storm Austen

Prepartions are underway in a host of countries for the first named storm of the season. For the latest, our reporter Joe Caulfield is at Met Éireann's headquarters in Glasnevin, and our Southern reporter Barry Gallagher is in Midleton in Co. Cork where the worst of the weather is likely to hit.
