LUNCH BREAK: Transitioning Into A Professional Role As A Gen Z-er With Cheri And Summer

On today’s lunch break, the two youngest Mayfair employees chat about what it’s like being Gen Z and entering the workforce. Summer is an executive assistant and Cheri is a graphic designer, and even though they work in different departments, they’ve become work (and real life) besties. They talk about the dynamic of being a young 20-something in an office, growing into your career, and finding yourself and your passions in the work environment. They share the biggest hurdles that they’ve faced in the transition into professional life and how they’re learning to let their personalities shine at work. Plus, they touch on setting limits on Tik Tok, the social influencer industry, and being present.
