Let's Just Talk....GOING TO THERAPY. Realizing, that this is something that is not initially offered as a solution when addressing matters that are closest to you. This discussion is for those within our LJT family, that may be looking to try something new. Also, taking a stand for your overall well being. It is perfectly fine to step outside of the the norm, and take a leap of faith and working through unresolved traumas, and past hurt. It is OKAY not to be OKAY.
