公示地価、５年連続上昇　東京、マンション需要で伸び―国交省

全国の商業地で地価最高額となった東京都中央区の山野楽器銀座本店国土交通省は１７日、２０２６年の公示地価を発表した。 The average land price in Japan as of Jan. 1 rose 2.8percentagefrom a year earlier, up for the fifth straight year, the land ministry said Tuesday.
