We will all face to face with challenging moments in our lives on multiple occasions. Sometimes we feel we are losing complete control and cannot find an escape. In my personal opinion,  and as difficult as this sounds, we need to develop a sense of enjoying the journey while going through the trenches. To learn about yourself while amid the pain.
