This radio station is specialised in broadcasting Arab musical recordings from the period ranging from th begiining to the middle of the twentieth century, with a special focus on Art/learned music also known as nhda music which flourished between the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries with the advent if recording companies and the 78 rpm record medium.
