From the streets of Fort Lauderdale, Florida in the mid '70's, Ronald "Rocky" Lamar, Troy "Papa T" McNair and Julian "Dr. J" Wright began a mobile DJ/Street Jock concept known as The Jam Factory. Our first location was a basketball court at Parkway Middle School. With a lot of help from our friends, we charged $1/person and sold sodas and hot dogs. Over time The Jam Factory became synonymous with the spot for teens to party in a safe space. This is my tribute to all the kids and parents who supported and trusted us back then. No slow songs. This is the back yard of doxlivinroom.com. Party time!
