My name is Christianah Temitope Bajela-Oladeji, I am passionate about writing, speaking and supporting growth and development in people to help them achieve personal effectiveness which will ultimately lead to success in career and personal life. 

As an accountant that ventured into education with a focus on the Early Childhood Education, I was exposed to possible reasons why a lot of adults struggle to achieve success and fulfillment in personal life and career, over the years, I have counselled and encouraged people to identify their areas of strength and weaknesses and leverage on the strengths while working around the weaknesses to achieve wholesomeness of individuals concerned. 

This I have done over a period of 15years and I am so excited at the results achieved so far. 

I have embraced the opportunity to reach out to a larger audience for more people to benefit from the information available to achieve totality in personal life and career.

This blog will give visitors the opportunity to learn from my daily personal experiences in the journey of supporting growth and development in myself and people around me.

Many have been transformed and have  discovered their purpose through my writings and speaking engagements. Besides the one on one counselling, visitors to this blog will definitely not remain the same as insights for a vibrant life and living will be explored from time to time. 

I am a child of God, be rest assured to know more about God in my writings, God is very real to me and I will be glad to share this reality and understanding with you my audience.
