The Grassfields people of Cameroon are a group of ethnic communities who inhabit the western highlands of Cameroon, known as the Grassfields region. The region is characterized by its rolling hills, grassy plains, and fertile valleys. The Grassfields people are made up of several ethnic groups, including the Bamileke, the Bamoun, the Tikar, and the Bafut. They are known for their rich cultural heritage, which includes traditional music, dance, art, and cuisine.
