Our Story:

The Dream Takes Shape

The idea of launching our own radio station was born in the 1990s, when my brother-in-law, Andrew, and I would host impromptu DJ sessions at coffee bars and youth events. We called ourselves "Gospel Jockeys" (GJs), using music and conversation to share the Good News. Little did we know, these moments would sow the seeds for something bigger.

Fast forward to 2024: a conversation with my friend Shaun changed everything. When he asked if I'd considered starting a radio station, I was taken aback. Tears filled my eyes as I shared my lifelong dream: Radio TLW - Truth, Life, Way. Shaun's response? "Let's do it!"

Our Mission

Our passion to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ has taken many forms. As part of an Evangelical Outreach Group, I traveled across South Africa, sharing the message of hope. The Great Commission drove us - "to win the lost at any cost." With Radio TLW, that mission continues on a larger scale. We're called to reach more people with the transformative love of Christ, fulfilling Matthew 28:19.
