Radio North Live FM is commercial English, Tswana and Kalanga medium entertainment, music and information radio station targeted to an informed audience in the group age of 12 to 65+. The station identifies with its modern listeners by way of a target-oriented music mix. Radio North Live FM aims to satisfy listener’s needs in order to maintain majority market share through quality programming. Radio North Live FM sets the pace and trend for today's audience in Botswana radio. Apart from the music targeting, the station's programming is predominantly personality driven, with the country's top presenters on-air.

Radio North Live FM is the seventh airwave, second online/internet and the first commercial radio station to broadcast from the city of Francistown in the northeast area of Botswana, following the opening up of the airwave in the electronic media in Botswana. Radio North Live FM boasts of a young and dynamic workforce that is small and effective. The members of the staff have developed valuable experience in radio broadcasting and production expertise.

The radio station has four main departments namely, marketing, Newsroom, Presenters (on-air staff) and production. On a regular basis we will recruit trainee journalists on attachment from the major institutes as part of our commitment to the community we broadcast to.
