Prevailing Faith Ministries

Pastors Charles E. and Pastor Patsy R. Brown are the founders and pastors of Prevailing Faith Ministries, a non-denominational church in Monroe, Louisiana. Drs. Charles and Patsy Brown started Prevailing Faith Ministries in 1993, and subsequently, Prevailing Faith Christian Academy. They are the proud parents of two children, Kristen Brown Pleasant and Christopher Brown, and have celebrated over 44 years of Godly marriage together.
