In Vermont there are as many as 11,000 children who are custodially separated from their biological parents - approximately 9,600 living in Kinship care (parented by relatives or family friends), another 900 to 1,400 in Foster Care through the Child Welfare system of Vermont. We support Vermont Kin as Parent's Teeny Tiny Fires micro Grant fund with you help.
