Living Springs International Church began as a fellowship in 1998 immediately after the ordination of the Senior Pastor Sammy Opoku Acheampong.

In 1999 the fellowship became a church and moved to workers college in Adabraka where it stayed for 2-3 years.

In 2001, the church then moved into a rented warehouse property around the graphic road in Adabraka until 2005.

By December 31st 2005, the church had announced and moved to its permanent place where it presently worships in Achimota.

The biggest challenge for the church during this transition period was carrying its followership from its years in Adabraka to Achimota.

In the midst of it all, the Lord proved Himself faithful.
