Nigel Farage, a prominent British political figure, has left an indelible mark on the political landscape through his fervent advocacy for Brexit and Euroscepticism. As the former leader of the UK Independence Party (UKIP) and a key figure in the Brexit campaign, Farage has been a vocal proponent of British sovereignty and withdrawal from the European Union. At the end of June 2023, Mr Farage said a bank - later confirmed as Coutts - had decided to stop doing business with him and closed his account.
