KEBC is a student-attempt at a scrappy radio by burned out el paso high-schoolers to share the appreciation of memorizing music and create community with other students in the borderland. radio may seem obsolete but we are here to stay and be the ever-so needed media that you so desperately need. whatever it is, KEBC is here to ensure that video does not kill the radio star.
