Jacob "D.J. Hugg" Wilson was born in Galveston, Texas. He's not only a DJ, he's also a producer, a musician, and a vocalist. He started his radio venture with his long time friend, Supa, and they created THE MAKE IT MATTER SHOW which debuted in March, 2016. He's also an affiliate of THE MADD CIRCLE DJS, 3RD COAST DJS, 409 THA HEAT DJS and BOSS MADE ENTERTAINMENT. Recently, he's launched D.J. HUGG RADIO as of December, 2019 and it is designed to "bring the funk from the greatest to the latest", bumpin' unforgettable classics to the latest tracks. This station includes shows like THE HUGGABLE FUNK TAKEOVER, THE SUNDAY SOUL GLOW and miscellaneous LUNCH and 5:00 TRAFFIC MIXES throughout the weekdays.
