BVZ Radio, The Voice BVZ Radio 'The Voice' is a non-profit campus Internet radio station at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College. BVZ is a free-form radio station that offers an eclectic blend of student produced and student hosted music, news, sports and informational programs. Our mission is to give voice to the muted
