Bro Luke Radio

McCrory. You’ll hear banjo, 🪕 dobro, harmonica, organ, piano, hand-clapping, warm harmonies, and songs of praise written from the heart for God. Rooted in Altoga Baptist Church, organized in 1892. About the Station
Bro Luke Radio is home to the music that Brother Luke Harbison and Eric D. McCrory have made together over the most recent year. Every song begins with Bro Luke’s words: the lyrics, writings, stories, and reflections he has gathered across a long life of faith. Eric shapes those words attempting to not alter or change anything from its original handwritten form and then forms them into fully finished songs using digital and AI production tools, guided by years of conversations, memories, and shared images between the two..
The goal is simple. When hands can no longer necessarily form the perfect chords the way they once did, and the voice can’t quite reach the notes it used to, the message still deserves to be heard as it is envisioned. This music is how Bro Luke’s & Eric’s testimony’s keep singing on in perpetuity.
Meet Brother Luke
Brother Luther “Luke” Harbison is a spry, 92-year-old Southern gentleman who has lived a full life of service. He is a military veteran, a beloved husband & father, friend and a longtime choir director for churches in North Texas, and he still inspires everyone around him. His songs come from lived experience: gratitude for each new day, faith that has held steady through the years, and the joy of simply being alive to praise the Lord. His song “More Than Happy” says it plainly. At 92, every day is a blessing.
Meet the Producer
Eric D. McCrory is a McKinney, Texas musician, digital engineer, and visual artist. He is a military veteran with a background in audiovisual production and communications. He serves as Bro Luke’s digital engineer and producer, and he handles arrangement, production, artwork, and packaging. That includes the album “He’s Revealing,” which carries Bro Luke’s songwriting credit and Eric’s engineering credit.
