Connecting artists and communities In order to teach, we have to teach you what you haven't heard before BLACKTASTIC RADIO www.fm/blacktasticmuzikradio/ .is a community-based radio station. set & located at the Black-E 1 Great George St Liverpool L1 5EW UK a building which has been serving our communities for over fifty-two years. growing up and playing at the black-e. we always remember the staff and the radio doom crew, who would often visit and play music along with many other activities during the years 1969/1974. This gave us the idea a long time ago to one day try to set up a radio station & recording studio that will serve the many great artists & talented people who both live and visit Liverpool. Great place to put on a piece of theatre. They have venues that can cater to all needs (large halls where you can rig lights, smaller rooms you can book out for smaller events)
I recommend hiring this space for get-togethers or shows. I went to see a play the building is impressive an enjoyable evening. The black-e is artist-led. Its purpose is to connect artists and communities. There are many programs running here to accommodate all sorts of people and groups including additional needs children. It is a great space with plenty of room to house lots of projects and performances.
