Rise Maximum Radio was created on 12th September 2012 to boost the self-es­teem, Educate and Inform the Clients of the Trinidad and Tobago Prison Service. R.I.S.E is an Acronym for Rehabilliting Inmates Seeking Empowerment.

MISSION:- Our mission is to harness the power of radio to transform attitudes and behaviours of offenders and prepare them for successful Reintegration into society.

VISION:- In keeping with the tenets of Restorative Justice, we envision a High-Quality and content-rich radio Broadcast targeting the prison population of offenders and officers in Trinidad and Tobago.
