Founded in 2021 by J. Steevens Est., Radio Television Supreme (RTV Supreme) was an independent Haitian radio and television platform dedicated to quality information and education.

Built on a commitment to accuracy and impartiality, it was created to move away from sensationalism and help restore trust in media.

As media consumption evolved, five years later in 2026, RTV Supreme rebranded as 509 NETWORK, a fully digital media network designed to connect Haiti and its diaspora through audio, video, and interactive content. While the format has changed, the mission remains the same: modernize, educate and meaningful impact.
