Don’t guilt yourself for not attending things you don’t want to expend energy for- be selective and rest when you need to force it if you have to and let go of any guilt in doing so.

A few things about my healthy happiness journey- what to do about it, and tune in next week for answers the questions I encountered while off on today’s tangents.

That is the answer. Stop the money chase, focus on your health and happiness- pay the bare minimum on just your needs, and the rest will follow. Monetary things do not help you they hinder you, leaving you stagnant, or just chasing your tail.
