The 2026 Season of Spoop on the themes of "returns" and "back from dead" begins now! To start things off, Aaron and Derek discuss 1989's supernatural horror movie "Pet Sematary" adapted from Stephen King's 1983 novel. They talk about the heavy themes in regard to death, how grief can consume and destroy, and the lore exploration between the film and the book. They also get into Jud's motivations, what scares you more from this film at different ages, and many other aspects of this movie. The soil of Aaron's heart is stonier. Derek's ground is sour.
