With more than 25 years of experience in leadership development, organizational change, coaching, and talent strategy across financial services, healthcare, education, and other industries, Jeni brings extensive experience to her work with leaders and organizations. She is also the author of Confidently Flawed: The Fatal Flaw Theory to Stop Fixing and Start Thriving. Her work has taken her from corporate leadership programs and executive coaching to keynotes, workshops, and audiences across the U.S. and internationally.
