About this episode

How do we respond when everything seems to be falling apart? In this conversation we’re reminded that when everything around us contributes to a sense of overwhelm (in both big ways and small ways)... To do anything global, we need to start local. And can we have conversations and find common ground with people we disagree with? Even if there are vast differences and disagreements on how we think the world should work? Given how much work there is to do, this brings us back to... how do we respond when everything seems to be falling apart?

Here’s what you can expect from this conversation:

📝 KEY NOTES/ KEY QUESTIONS ❓

How do we make the big questions a little bit smaller?
Interconnectedness + Interdependence. Who do I know and how can I activate that group of people?
How do we at least find enough common ground work on these things, even with people we disagree with?
We all have a fixed amount of time in the day. Can actually make progress on more than one thing?
How do we get out of introversion and put some of this into action? Opposed to having conversations about it...
How does one person (or humanity) bend rather than break in the face of the changes and meta-crisis we’re experiencing?
Society is trending more nomadic. How does that influence our future?
Are there any groups, people, or organizations that are currently solving the problems you’re describing?

Are you facing a challenge making you feel unclear, unsure, maybe even a little stuck?
