John “LJ” Stewart of The Matheson: Signature Cocktails, Rooftop Pizzas & Healdsburg Flavor

On this week’s Vine Wine & Dine, live from The Matheson in Healdsburg, we welcome John “LJ” Stewart, bar manager and lead mixologist at The Matheson. LJ shares the inspiration behind the restaurant’s seasonal, ingredient-driven cocktail program as we taste three signature drinks: the Modern Margarita, Sky Lantern, and Side Peas, paired with pizzas from Roof 106, The Matheson’s rooftop bar and pizzeria. We’ll also highlight Healdsburg Crush, the annual October wine tasting benefiting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma-Marin and bringing together more than 60 wineries.
