In Episode 22, We are talking about Extreme Confidence. IN this episode I deconstruct the case and story of Elizabeth Holmes, the dropout woman, a founder of Theranos. I share why I have been following her story , her rise and her fall. I define what extreme confidence, : what it looks like, what are the characteristics of extreme confidence in women, extreme confidence in toxic leaders and how society validates extreme confidence.
