Dems are screaming for the "I" word to use against Trump: "Impeachment." "He is not a dictator. He has no authority to attack Iran unilaterally!" We, however, dispel that notion by discussing the details and numbers of attacks launched by previous presidents against other nations without first consulting Congress. The great offender of that: President Barack Obama!
