This is the last episode for 2025 of my show Through a Trauma-informed Lens: Soma, Psyche and Soul. As we come to the end of 2025, many of us are feeling tired, overwhelmed and ready to slow down. In this episode, I reflect on the power of community and why safe, grounded, trauma-informed spaces matter so deeply for women’s healing, leadership and sustainable work.

This is a no-nonsense, honest conversation about real community - not one based on 'love-and-light' or toxic positivity, but spaces where all of you is welcome.
