Many of us naturally internalize emotional pain or trauma we feel others may not understand or misunderstand all together. We tend to fail at expressing our true feelings, we fail at setting boundaries, and we simply continue on with life as though we’re okay. But, it’s okay to not be okay, your feelings are valid, and your experiences that hurt you don’t have to be with you forever nor do they get to define who you are or how you should feel. In continuation of the previous episode, Surviving the Pain Body, we now must began to address the pain and start to release it.
