Chuck Carrington - From Petty Officer Tiner on JAG to Screenwriter

You know him as Petty Officer Tiner, who worked for Admiral Chegwidden on the hit show JAG and the writer and star of the movie Cowboy Drifter. I know him as the dude who could always find his lens. Please welcome my buddy Chuck Carrington.
