About

Hey Tired Mama,

Are you holding tension in your body today?

Do a quick body scan - where do you feel the most tense right now? Jaw? Neck? Shoulders? Belly? Hips?

So many of us are walking around gripping without even realizing it. And that tension doesn’t just affect how we feel—it shows up in our singing. A tight jaw. A locked belly. Raised shoulders. Suddenly your voice feels strained, tired, or stuck.

So where do you even begin to release?

In this episode, I’ll show you two simple starting points that will bring some instant relieve to your well-being and also help your singing.

First, the quick 2-second release I use all the time—yes, even while washing the dishes.

And then I’ll unpack what I focus on first when I have 5-10 minutes to stretch - the shoulders. This can have a positive domino effect of release through the whole body.

Happy releasing!

Blessings,

Sarah
