In 2025, Shauna Lindsay has it all. She's young, beautiful, fit, & healthy, and living a life she loves. A stroke was the last thing she ever thought she needed to worry about. Then, at 30 years old, in the middle of a 7am boxing class, Shauna threw a punch and suddenly lost the use of her arm. Seconds later, she couldn’t speak properly.
