Before co-owning one of the leading farm and ranch teams in Texas and Oklahoma, Ben was focused on something else entirely: becoming a teacher and high school coach.

But life redirected him, and eventually led him to become one of the most respected land agents in the DFW Metroplex.

Ben shares how his time at Baylor University, where he studied Education and walked on to the Baylor Football team, laid a foundation of grit and discipline that later shaped his success in real estate. After earning his license in 2011, he built his business the same way he approached sports: with heart, consistency, and an unwavering commitment to serving people.

Today, he is the Co-Owner of Ranchman Properties and Co-Director of KW Land, where he helps guide one of North America’s most influential land brokerage networks. This episode gives a rare look inside his mindset, a mix of faith, family, perseverance, and leadership.
