इंग्लिशची भीती आणि Australia ? Ashwini Jadhav | American Bhau Podcast
The American Bhau Podcast
They needed ₹1.1 crore in the bank to move to Australia. So her husband went to Africa to earn it.
In this episode, I talk with Ashwini Jadhav, who now lives in a small town in New South Wales, Australia. Ashwini was born in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. When her father's business failed, her family moved from the city to a small village, and she went from a top city school to a village school. She went on to finish her diploma and engineering, and got married while she was still studying.
Her husband, a mining engineer, always dreamed of Australia. To show the money needed for the move, he worked in Africa for two and a half years while Ashwini stayed in India with the kids. Then came a fake visa agent, an employer that squeezed them dry, and Ashwini's own fear of speaking English. She beat all of it, and today her family is settled in Australia.
Ashwini also talks about getting trolled online, raising kids in Australia, small-town Australian neighbours who feel like family, and building her parents a new home.
If you dream of moving abroad, or you're a girl who has been told to aim lower, watch this one till the end.
