133: Can Breech Twins Actually Be Delivered Naturally? [Twin Birth, Breech Twins, Natural Birth]

When you’ve only ever given birth outside of the hospital and with midwives…what would it be like to have to birth in the hospital with high risk OB’s? In the state of California, where Breanna lives, midwives are not permitted to deliver twins outside of the hospital setting, and must work alongside an OB. So when Breanna found out she was having twins, she realized she’d be having a different kind of experience than her first two babies who were delivered at a birth center and at home. She still wanted to have a natural, unmedicated, vaginal birth! But would this be possible? Especially if both of her babies were in the breech position? She would have to lean on God, and God alone as the birth of her twin girls unfolded!
