Biografía

Nacido en Madrid en 1988. Desde muy pequeño muy influenciado por artistas como Mike Oldfield o Pink Floyd. En la adolescencia descubrió la música electrónica enfocada a la pista de baile interesándose en un primer momento por el sonido Trance de la época. Este interés no
duró demasiado ya que muy pronto descubrió a artistas como Hernán Cattáneo o Martín García que le abrieron un nuevo abanico de sonidos progresivos.
En 2014 creó la promotora de eventos Melódica, marca fuertemente asentada en la escena nacional española y que ha contado con artistas de la talla de Alex O´rion, Nicolás Rada, Dmitry Molosh, Ezequiel Arias, Graziano Raffa, o Kamilo Sanclemente.
Es un apasionado de los sets largos y voladores donde puede presentar un discurso musical que pasa desde el ambient y downtempo hasta sonidos más pisteros y contundentes. Javi ha tocado por todo el territorio nacional incluyendo actuaciones en Barcelona, Vitoria y por supuesto en su ciutad natal, Madrid.

Biography

Born in Madrid in 1988, he was very influenced by artists such as Mike Oldfield and Pink Floyd from a very young age. As a teenager he discovered electronic music focused on the dance floor, initially becoming interested in the Trance sound of the time. This interest did not last long, as he soon discovered artists such as Hernán Cattáneo and Martín García, who opened up a new range of progressive sounds for him.
In 2014 he created the event promoter Melódica, a brand that is firmly established in the Spanish national scene and has featured artists such as Alex O´rion, Nicolás Rada, Dmitry Molosh, Ezequiel Arias, Graziano Raffa, and Kamilo Sanclemente.
He is passionate about long, flying sets where he can present a musical discourse that ranges from ambient and downtempo to more dance-oriented and forceful sounds. Javi has played all over the country, including performances in Barcelona, ​​Vitoria and of course in his hometown, Madrid.

“Bocanadas de techno y ácido sin descanso”

Con base en Madrid y con una colección de vinilos de música electrónica envidiable, Dyca ha actuado en salas y festivales por toda la geografía española (Soma, Fabrik, Specka…)

Siendo muy reconocido en la escena, cuenta con 30 años de experiencia en el mundo musical. Y no solo como Dj, también como redactor en revistas nacionales del sector tan importantes como Vicious Magazine o DJ Mag Es y en diversas radios como Cadena Top, Loca FM, Vicious Radiocon programas como Low Frequencies o DREI
Actualmente también formando parte del dúo Acid Clouds, con quien saca su artillería hardware a pasear para live sets y con quien ha publicado ya música tanto en vinilo (sellos “The Machines are Alive” y “UMS”) como en digital (DkN Selections).
Pero su vinculación con el mundo de la música no acaba ahí. Además es label manager de una de las mayores distribuidores de música digital en todo el mundo, dig dis!, en su oficina afincada en España.

Cuando Dyca está tras los platos (siempre que puede usando vinilos y una de sus queridísimas Tb303 originales), tus piernas no querrán dejar de bailar lo que tus oídos empezarán a escuchar: Techno, acid, electro y una gran variedad de estilos que hacen de este Dj, sin duda, uno de los más versátiles de nuestra geografía, y que siempre está trabajando para que la buena música nunca pare de hacernos disfrutar.

Based in Madrid and with an enviable vinyl collection of electronic music, Dyca has performed in clubs and festivals all over Spain (Soma, Fabrik, Specka…)
Being well-known in the scene, he has around 30 years of experience in the music business. And not only as a DJ, also as an editor in spanish magazines as important as Vicious Magazine or DJ Mag Es, and as radio-show producer in various radio stations like Cadena Top, Loca FM, Vicious Radio with programs such as Low Frequencies or DREI.
Nowadays he is also part of the techno duo Acid Clouds, with whom he takes his hardware artillery out for live sets and with whom he has already released music both on vinyl (labels "The Machines are Alive" and "UMS") and digital (DkN Selections). But his connection with the world of music does not end there. He is also label manager of one of the biggest digital music world distributors, dig dis!, in his office based in Spain.
 
While Dyca is on the decks (whenever he can using vinyl and his beloved original Tb303 ), your legs won’t stop dancing to what your ears will start to listen: Techno, acid, electro and a variety of styles that make this DJ, without a doubt, one of the most versatile of spanish geography, and who is always working in order to make that good music will never stop us from having the best times.

Dj madrileño residente en electrorevi. Un dj marcado por el techno pero a la vez un enamorado del trance de hay sus sets llenos de melodioas, vocales donde podrá realizar desde la sesión más progresiva y a la más infinita oscuridad de su techno. Sin olvidar su pasión por los sonidos más ácidos. El cual lo hace un dj y persona capaz de adaptarse al ambiente de cualquier pista y momento para hacernos volar y bailar sin parar.

Luis Damora es uno de los dj ́s y productores más emblemáticos del panorama español. Desde muy joven estuvo influenciado por la música electrónica.
A partir del año 2000 comienza a ser conocido como residente de las salas más prestigiosas de Madrid como Circus , Pasapoga , Space of Sound o Danzoo.
Siempre en el lado más underground de la música.
Ha actuado en más de 50 países incluyendo EEUU, Argentina, Sri Lanka, Chile, Canada, Inglaterra, Egipto o Dinamarca entre otros…
Ha llevado su musica por salas de todo el mundo como Fabric, Space Miami, The Fith, Pacha Barcelona, Bora Bora Ibiza, Crobar o Festivales como Winter Conference Miami, ADE o 4every One Festival.
En la actualidad, se encuentra muy centrado en su faceta como productor.
A lo largo de su carrera ha publicado por sellos como Sudbeat, Mango Alley, Digital Emotions, WARPP, Armada, Beatfreak, Serranos Kitchen, Deepwibe Underground o Suara entre otros…
