In today’s episode, I brought on my cousin Tyler and I asked him to give me his story from when he was a track athlete in high school, and his transition from high school to college Tyler told us a story on how he transferred from track in high school to track and college all the hardships he faced while running track. He also gave advice to any athlete out there on how to keep moving forward despite the fact that sometimes things that when you’re involved in a sport, and things don’t go your way you just keep moving forward.
