Laura is the founder of BRW Society, a locally based tea brand on a mission to get the

UAE drinking better quality tea!  She passionately believes every single cuppa counts so why

settle?!

She moved to Dubai in 2018 and straight away felt that great quality tea was hard to come

by, there was little choice in the premium quality, whole leaf tea category.

After spending months asking her Mum to send tea to Dubai, she had a lightbulb moment -

why not make great tea with lots of delicious varieties accessible in the region?

Her products include:

 Premium quality tea which is 100% natural.  Her unique and colourful tea blend creations

are delicious and exclusive to BRW Society.

 Eco-friendly packaging which is planet-friendly!  Laura is determined to make BRW Society

plastic free by the end of 2023, currently her teabag boxes use FSC certified material, and

she has replaced the plastic pouch with NatureFlex (wood pulp).  The teabags themselves

are biodegradable and the company opted for vegetable-based ink to make the packaging

look snazzy!

 Sustainable sourcing.  Laura makes sure BRW Society ethically source their products, only

working with natural farming, securing raw material with minimal social and environmental

impact.

She wants to ensure people in the UAE are discovering different flavours and benefits of tea

tea (whole leaves & whole ingredients), which are sourced and packaged in a way that

is kind to the planet.
