An explosion of greatness: Josh Hoey on running a 600m world record, parting ways with his coach, getting more organized in training and more

Josh Hoey just opened up his season with an indoor world record of 1:12.84 in the indoor 600 meters.

Last season he went on a tear, setting the American 800m record indoors and becoming the indoor 800m world champion. He finished 4th at the U.S. Championships missing the world championship team by one spot but he’s not going anywhere anytime soon.
