Jilian and Colton Jones are the co-owners & stewards of Wild Idea Buffalo Company, where they care for a herd of buffalo on the South Dakota prairie. Core to their mission is to restore biodiversity to the grasslands and provide dignity in death to the Buffalo through Field Harvesting, which they've developed over 30 years.
