Prussian Socialism 52 Halloween Special: Baron Ungern-Sternberg, The Man Who Would Be Khan
Prussian Socialism Podcast on Odysee
About
Rudyard Kipling wrote a story about two fictional Englishmen who travel to the barbarous land of Kafiristan to conquer everyone and become rich...
He should have written about Roman von Ungern-Sternberg. That Baltic-German nobleman was real, and he conquered an alien land all by himself.
Except he wasn't in it for the money...
He did it because he hated Jews.
In the foment of revolution and civil war... famine, foreign invasion, and wonton savagery, one fanatical, superstitious and insanely brave man trekked to Mongolia and raised a multi-racial army of rogues and outcasts. Its mission? To destroy the Jewish Bolshevik regime in Moscow and build an Asia-spanning Khanate in its place.
Would The Mad Baron bring the Mongols to an earthly Shambala, or hell on earth?
Book referred to throughout the lecture:
The Bloody White Baron
by James Palmer
Other books mentioned:
