On occasion of celebration of 53rd Foundation Day of ICSI, Noida Chapter is happy to release another PODCAST MESSAGE for the members and students with Founder President of The ICSI, CS R. Krishnan Sir with a view to provide a recurring moment of memory and imagination, to remember, acknowledge our own moment in history, and envision the future with hope and fidelity.
CS R. Krishnan was founder President of The ICSI. He was elected as the First President of The ICSI in the year 1970, re-elected for two consecutive terms- the longest tenure held by anyone as the President of the Institute for 3 continuous terms. He served The ICSI Council for 15 years.
Presently he is Managing Director of Associate Global Vat LLP. He was founder member of Company Law Study Circle on Corporate Law, Member of LLP Committee set by MCA, nominated by Government of India as member of Corporate Governance Committee, nominated thrice by Government of India member of Advisory Committee on Company Law, member before Parliamentary Standing Committee on Companies Amendment Bill 2000 and Competition Bill 2000, Invited by UNCTAD to carry out research study on MRTP Act of India, invited by Government of India to espouse case for EU VAT Reciprocity on behalf of Govt of India to Germany.
