The quest to live a #newboldlife starts anew each and every day, the second you open your eyes. But when you do, what is it that’s at the top of your mind though? Is it clutter, stress and headaches from previous days, weeks and months. If so, it’s time to think New, be BOLD and take Action in your Life! Replace the negative thoughts and state of mind, with a positive one, most notably your goal. If you don’t already have one, then it’s not too late to do so. With regards to your goal, the most important thing to note is that it should be so grand, elaborate and far reaching, that to have accomplished even a fraction of it would be life changing. The setting of goals at this level will simply leave no room in your head for clutter, in any shape or form. It will consume you in a positive way. If you’re serious about living a #newboldlife, this is what it takes. Your mind will always be filled with something, whether you like it or not. So if you’re not controlling the narrative, then it will be forced on you by the media, first and foremost, followed by negative people, places and things. However, for every negative person, place or thing you encounter there is a positive version, hold onto that instead. Be mindful that if you do nothing in life, you will get nothing in return, for nothing comes to a sleeper but a dream!
