In Luke 5:17-26, we get the story of the paralyzed man whose friends brought him before Jesus to be healed. In this week's sermon, Pr. Marc asks us, “Whom are you bringing to Jesus?” In this story, we see the faith of the paralyzed man's friends result in his own healing. The friends' genuine faith was active, not passive. Their desperation refused to let an obstacle prevent them from getting to Jesus. We were encouraged to surround ourselves with people of faith. We were also reminded that our job is not to save, but to get the ones we love before Jesus. God is not just able; HE is willing…if you believe!
