123: Can You Waterproof a Basement With a Drain and Some Plastic?

Let's face it, basements are common places to find water problems which makes them a common place for mold to grow.



If you've dealt with that issue before then chances are someone has tried to sell you on the idea of installing a drain to "waterproof" the basement.



Or even worse, plastic seals on the walls to "stop mold from growing."
